Such authorization is provided solely for operational platform functionality. Users remain fully responsible for all advertising activity and account compliance.
Campaign.dev is not responsible for advertising account bans or suspensions, platform policy violations, advertising performance, ad delivery issues, or business losses.
Campaign.dev does not guarantee advertising performance, revenue, profitability, leads, sales, campaign success, platform uptime, or uninterrupted availability. Any operational suggestions or guidance are informational only.
Campaign.dev may charge users through subscription fees, infrastructure usage fees, traffic volume usage, advertising spend-related fees, and additional operational services. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay invoices or subscription fees on time may result in suspension, account limitations, or service termination.
Campaign.dev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for nonpayment, abuse, illegal activity, prohibited advertising, platform misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
Users may not use Campaign.dev for:
Users retain ownership of their campaigns, landing pages, creatives, uploaded content, and generated assets. Campaign.dev retains ownership of the platform, infrastructure, software, systems, branding, and proprietary technology.
Users may request available data exports or deletion requests where technically feasible and legally permitted. Certain operational limitations may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign.dev and Flash Service shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, advertising losses, business interruption, account suspensions, indirect damages, consequential damages, data loss, or third-party platform actions.
Campaign.dev operates as a software and infrastructure provider only. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Campaign.dev during the previous 30 days.
Campaign.dev reserves the right to modify services, change pricing, change infrastructure, add or remove features, limit functionality, or discontinue services at any time and without liability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or platform usage shall be resolved in Serbia.
